Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Trips Away website and travel booking services operated by Trips Away Travel LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, creating an account, or making a booking, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering a binding contract, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


2. Booking Policy

All bookings made through Trips Away are subject to the following conditions:

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment and issuance of a written confirmation email.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all traveller details (names, passport numbers, dates) are accurate at the time of booking.
  • Trips Away acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, visa agencies). We are not liable for supplier-side cancellations or service failures.
  • Minimum booking requirements may apply for group tours. Contact our concierge for group pricing.

3. Payment Terms

  • All prices displayed are in AED unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure any booking. Full payment is due no later than 30 days before departure.
  • Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital wallets.
  • Prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or supplier adjustments until full payment is received.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The following schedule applies:

15–29 days75% of total booking value
0–14 days100% — no refund

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method. Visa application fees are non-refundable once submitted to the embassy.


5. Limitation of Liability

Trips Away shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from: force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest), supplier failures, flight delays or cancellations, loss of personal property, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Trips Away website — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Trips Away Travel LLC or its licensed suppliers. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any site content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.


7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Miami, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
